The most comfortable way to reach Palanga is by bus or car. Bus lines from the major Lithuanian cities are going directly to Palanga bus station. If travelling from other locations, the most convenient way is at first reach Klaipėda by bus or train, and later take a bus to Palanga (buses from Klaipėda central station move to Palanga every 30 minutes). If you are planning to arrive by car you should be aware that there is a payment for parking all across the city. The fee is collected every day twenty four hours from 15th of May until 15th of September (inclusive). Payment for parking in dedicated parking places can be paid by SMS.
